The services
Stops in the same order, at the same times, with the same driver every day. Most route clients run 3 to 12 stops — interoffice mail, bank deposits, parts between branches. If your regular driver calls in sick, dispatch covers the route and you get a phone call either way.
Good for: multi-office firms, clinics with a lab run, suppliers feeding branches.
Freight that lands at 9:30 PM, or that needs to be gone before your crew walks in at 6 AM. Drivers hold dock appointments outside normal hours and will wait on a late trailer. Book the slot ahead or call the day of — if nobody’s available, dispatch will say so instead of taking the job.
Good for: warehouses, print shops running night presses, tradeshow freight.
Filings, recorded documents, signature runs. We know the clerk’s cutoff times, we wait for stamped copies, and we bring the conformed copy back to your office the same day. Service of process is quoted per job — tell dispatch what’s being served, where, and by when.
Good for: law firms, title companies, in-house legal.
Specimens to reference labs, pharmacy runs, supplies between clinics. Every medical driver is trained on chain-of-custody logs, carries insulated totes with cold packs for temperature-sensitive loads, and never leaves a specimen unattended at a drop.
Good for: clinics, labs, dental offices, home infusion.
One driver, one load, straight there — no terminal, no sorting, no second handling. When a line is down or a truck missed a transfer, we put a van on it immediately. Metro pickups usually roll inside the hour; anything inside 60 miles gets a firm ETA before the driver leaves the yard.
Good for: line-downs, missed transfers, bid deadlines.
Servers, art, glass, prototypes. Padded and strapped by hand, routed around rough pavement, hand-carried when it matters. Two-person moves and inside placement can be arranged — tell us what it is and where it needs to sit.
Good for: galleries, IT relocations, exhibitors, estate moves.
Posted rates
Every job gets a confirmed price from dispatch before the driver moves. These are the floor numbers, not hidden ones.
$42 an hour, one-hour minimum per job. After the first hour we bill in 15-minute increments, and the clock starts when the driver signs your pickup — not when you call.

Rush jobs add 35%. Rush means we pick up within 90 minutes of your call. If dispatch can’t make that window, you don’t pay the rush rate.
After-hours adds 25%. Runs that start before 7 AM or finish after 7 PM on weekdays.
Sundays and holidays run time-and-a-half. Booked through the emergency line only, quoted before the driver rolls. Saturday runs are quoted by dispatch based on the on-call board.
Waiting is free for the first 15 minutes at pickup and again at the drop. After that it’s the hourly rate — and we call you before the meter crosses the next increment.
No fuel surcharge inside 30 miles. Longer runs carry a flat $15 fuel line item, and it’s on the quote up front.
Routes are billed per stop, not per hour: $14 to $22 a stop depending on stop count and zone, one invoice a month. A ten-stop Zone A route, for example, runs about $16 a stop. Add or drop stops in any month — dispatch reprices the sheet and sends it to you before it takes effect.
If a run goes long because of a dock delay or a long forklift queue, we call you before the meter crosses the next increment. You will never see a surprise on an Arrowline invoice.
Same-day means today
Dispatch answers 7 AM to 7 PM weekdays and on-call Saturdays. A run quoted now usually rolls inside the hour. Nights, weekends and holidays, the emergency line rings the on-call phone — 24/7.
